Make A Referral
The first step is to organise an initial assessment from our care management team to meet you and your family in your home. This visit is free of charge and allows us to make sure that everyone is happy with Christine Marie Care providing care for you or your loved ones.
Working closely with you, we will create a personalised care plan that meets your loved one's specific needs. A visit also helps us to identify the healthcare worker that will be best suited to the role. We understand the importance of continuity, and depending on requirements, there may be two or three Christine Marie Care Healthcare Assistants who will provide care for your loved one on a rota basis.
